What happens after you order

    Email us for a quote (or use the estimator)

    Tell us what you are printing. For a paperback, use the book estimator. For a comic, use the comic estimator. Both are estimates, not orders.

    Send print-ready files via Google Drive or Dropbox link

    Share a link we can open. The file prep guide lists what the interior, cover, foil, duplex, and edge files need.

  3. 3

    Optional physical proof

    Proofs are physical proofs only, with no digital proof approval.

  4. 4

    We print and finish

    Production starts once we have print-ready files, and your approved physical proof if you ordered one. Printing and finishing happen here in the Peoria shop.

  5. 5

    Local pickup in Peoria or FedEx shipping

    Local pickup is free at our Peoria warehouse during business hours (Mon to Fri, 7 AM to 5 PM Arizona time). Shipping is quoted per order.

We'll email you at each step, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for our invoice and updates.

Payment

You can pay in full up front, or start with a 50% deposit. Production begins once at least 50% is paid, and any remaining balance is due when your order is done and ready to ship or pick up.

Turnaround

Our current turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks once we have print-ready files, and your approved physical proof if you ordered one. As a small shop, this can vary: during convention season or when we have larger orders in the queue, it may take longer, and other times orders may be finished sooner.

There is a paperback estimator and a comic estimator. Both give an estimate, not an order.
