Terms of use

You confirm that you own the art, text, and photos you submit, or that you have permission to have them printed. You are responsible for that permission.

You are also responsible for the content of the files, including spelling, layout, bleeds, and image quality. That duty is stated in full under File requirements and Customer approval on the policies page.

You can cancel an order before printing begins. Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Printed or any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing.

Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, and Graphic design services.

Issues that originate in the submitted files, such as low resolution images, missing bleed, content outside the safety margin, spelling and layout errors, or incorrect sizing, are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund or reprint.

If you believe an error occurred during our production process, contact us with photos as soon as possible and we will review it on a case by case basis. When we agree a production error affected your order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items.

Hero & Villain Designs sells at wholesale. No sales tax is charged.

With your order, send a copy of your Arizona TPT license (transaction privilege tax license). If you are out of state, send your state's resale certificate instead. We keep that copy on file for wholesale.

Turnaround times shown on this site are estimates, not a promised date. A date applies only when we confirm it with you in writing.
