Build in the 2 to 3 week turnaround, plus time for a physical proof if you ordered one, plus shipping time. During convention season, order earlier.
Turnaround
Our current turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks once we have print-ready files, and your approved physical proof if you ordered one. As a small shop, this can vary: during convention season or when we have larger orders in the queue, it may take longer, and other times orders may be finished sooner.
We do not promise a specific date. There is no rush fee. If a date works, we confirm it with you in writing.
Launches
A launch date needs the print time, time for a physical proof if you ordered one, and the shipping time in front of it. Email the date with your quote request.
Conventions
Convention season is when the queue runs longer. Order earlier than you would for a quiet month, and email the show name and the date you need the books or comics in hand.
Kickstarter and preorder fulfillment
When the campaign ends and the quantities are final, email us those counts and the date you need to ship to backers. Build the turnaround, a physical proof if you ordered one, and shipping into that date.
Signings
Email the signing date when you ask for a quote. Pickup in Peoria or a FedEx shipment both need the same cushion in front of that day.
